Meet Amber Richards- Collaborator in The Rejuvenation Box

This month we are highlighting talented women from Regina who helped create The Rejuvenation Box.

Today meet Amber Richards, owner of Oxygen Yoga and Fitness located at 102-3775 Pasqua St Regina.  At Oxygen, studios have FAR Infrared technology.  What that means is when you're in a class, your body’s core temperature warms up in a natural, comfortable way without blowing dry air or humidity.

What is Oxygen Yoga & Fitness to Amber? She explains her business has evolved into a place that attracts a community of like-minded individuals.  This community is the core of her business and has become the foundation on which her business continues to grow and evolve. 

Amber teaches yoga and fitness classes but also manages the day-to-day at her studio.  She is passionate about leadership and really enjoys the aspects of her business where she can support her team of 15 plus instructors and 6 staff.  She has found a creative edge in building her business from a place of authentic joy. 

Amber believes anything is possible if we just follow our joy.

Amber invites her students to reconnect with themselves.  Her teachings encompass a fusion of ancient and modern practices and encourage a beautiful and unconditional love of self.  One can describe this reconnection as “coming home.” Amber lives by following her passion and believes anything is possible if we just follow our joy.
